Terms & Conditions

Our packages

• Complete Designs — we prepare your full set of planning drawings and documents. You or your builder submits the finished application to the council.
• Fully Managed — we prepare, check, correct and submit the application to the council on your behalf.

Prices shown exclude VAT (charged at the prevailing rate, currently 20%) and any council application fee, which is paid separately, directly to the council.

Payment

Payment is taken upfront via our payment provider, Stripe, before we start work on your application. If you were referred to us by a builder, they may receive a referral fee from us for introducing you — this doesn't change the price you pay.

Your information

You're responsible for the accuracy of the measurements, dimensions and other details you (or your builder, on your behalf) provide through the wizard. We prepare your drawings based on what we're given — we're not liable for errors, delays or refusals that result from inaccurate or incomplete information you supplied.

No guarantee of approval

We prepare your application to a professional standard, but the decision to grant or refuse planning permission rests entirely with the local council. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved.

Cancellation & refunds

As this is a service, if you cancel before we've started preparing your documents, we'll refund you in full. Once work has started, we may deduct a reasonable amount for work already completed. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ownership of your drawings

Once you've paid in full, the drawings and documents we prepare for you are yours to use in connection with your planning application.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant package.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
